How can I change my order?


We are unable to cancel your order once it has been sucessfully placed. We ensur to do our best to process orders in stock immediately




How long does it take to process my order ?


Orders can take up to 3-5 business days for all domestics orders to be processed and shipped ( weekend and holidays not included)




Where is my order confirmation?


As soon as your order will be shipped you will receive an email confirmation to the email adress you entered on your order .You can always check your spam folders if for some reason you did not receive an email confirmation




What is your return policy?


As you can understand, for sanitary reason we do not process any refund . However, we are more than happy to give you credit store for full priced items as an exchange . Keep in mind any discounted items are final sale.




The item I love is sold out . How often do you restock ?


New arrivals can sell out quickly ,but we do our best to restock as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us by email for further assistance.
